Brokerage transactions above 30 metres tracked 3% ahead of prior year through June, with average asking discounts narrowing.

The first-half 2026 brokerage market for yachts above 30 metres closed 3% ahead of the prior-year comparable, with 214 transactions recorded. Average asking-to-sold discounts narrowed to 8.2% from 11.6% a year earlier — evidence of tightening supply of quality inventory.

The 40–55 metre segment led the market by both volume and value. Demand for hybrid and diesel-electric platforms outpaced conventional-diesel comparables by an estimated 14% on time-to-sell.

Order-book visibility at the leading European yards now extends into 2029 for shell-and-superstructure slots above 60 metres.
