Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using OpenSea24, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, buyers, sellers, and business accounts.
User accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, and promptly update your information if it changes.
Listings and content
Users may post listings and other content to the platform. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant OpenSea24 a license to display, distribute, and promote it in connection with the service. Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. You may not post listings for items you do not have the right to sell.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use OpenSea24 to engage in fraud, spam, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity. You may not attempt to interfere with the platform's security, abuse other users, post false information, or use automated tools to access or scrape the site without permission.
Transactions between users
OpenSea24 provides a venue for buyers and sellers to connect. We are not a party to transactions between users and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listing. Users are responsible for negotiating terms, inspecting vessels, and completing transactions in compliance with applicable laws.
Fees and payments
Basic listings may be free or subject to fees depending on the plan you choose. Any fees are described at the point of purchase or upgrade. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in harmful conduct, or if required by law. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Intellectual property
OpenSea24 and its branding, logos, and content are the property of OpenSea24 or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted material without prior written permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
OpenSea24 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenSea24 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros, whichever is greater.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of OpenSea24 after changes means you accept the revised terms. We will update the effective date below when material changes are made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where OpenSea24 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
