Feadship Breaks Ground on Expanded Amsterdam Facility

OpenSea24 Newsroom·May 14, 2026 3 min read

The Dutch shipyard's €180M investment adds two covered docks capable of building yachts to 120 metres.

Feadship has broken ground on a €180 million expansion of its Amsterdam facility, adding two fully covered construction docks capable of accommodating hulls up to 120 metres LOA.

The investment secures build capacity through 2032 and enables the yard to progress its methanol- and hydrogen-ready platforms without displacing existing conventional builds.

First hull is expected to enter the new Dock 4 in Q4 2027.
